The B&B diffuso (widespread) is a “non-hotel accommodation solution located in a single inhabited center, made up of several buildings close to each other, with an ideal of shared hospitality and able to provide non-hotel standard services to all guests”.
The ethics of the widespread non-hotel is based on the revaluation of the area and the existing building heritage, in order to make it productive for the well-being of the entire community. The traditional house becomes an essential element of the tourist offer and gives the opportunity to enjoy spaces more suited to each guest.

For the first time in Rome we offer you the opportunity to book for groups of people thanks to our ideal of a widespread B&B.

DQ is an extraordinary example of innovation in respect of tradition: a characteristic welcome of the authentic Roman (!) in typical houses of the city center.

In the Prati-San Pietro area we have the possibility to accommodate a maximum of 20 people in 4 structures with 6 independent rooms (3 apartments and 3 B&B rooms):
