Domus Quiritum Villa

Domus Quiritum Villa, is located on the second and top floor of an independent villa set in a 3000-square-meter park. The apartment has two bedrooms with a shared bathroom and a large living room with kitchenette. The two sunny rooms, which have large windows facing onto the park, have beds with hypoallergenic, ergonomic and breathable Memory Foam mattresses and pillows, as well as air-conditioning and Wi-Fi. The spacious bathroom, shared between the two rooms, has a large window overlooking the park and a large two-person walk-in shower. The living room with antique furniture, fireplace and a large bookcase feels like a philosopher’s study: on a rainy day you can spend the afternoon relaxing and reading a good book. Guests may use the fully equipped kitchenette, which faces the living room. There are also two large terraces that offer an amazing view of the park surrounding the house, as well as the Archaeological Park of the Tombs of Via Latina and the Tomb of Cecilia Metella – especially enchanting at sunset. You are welcome to use the fruits and vegetables from our garden, as well as the parking spot inside the villa. We also provide linens and towels, hair dryer and iron. You can also take advantage of the outdoor swimming pool (5m) of products from our garden and the parking space inside the villa.
