I turn to the “Nordics of Europe”, to the Icelanders … to the Eskimos … ..unfortunately I would be misunderstood by most of the Central-South people! Well yes. Here you can go to the sea even in the middle of winter. In fact, in my opinion, in Rome you should go to the sea ONLY during winter.
With or without a wetsuit, a nice bath can regenerate you. A picnic on the beach or a spaghetti with freshly caught clams can cheer you up. And the walk on the water’s edge fills the perfect setting. You breathe. Deeply.
… 30 minutes from the center and you forget the stress of everyday life, especially in this period of COVID 🙂
